Currently, we are looking for highly enthusiastic Site Hosting Service Manager who will work in the Noordwijk, in The Netherlands.
What is expected from you:
The Candidate shall provide the services/activities listed below with both general (country agnostic) hosting infrastructure and services specific expertise (e.g. the design/requirement for a resilient electrical infrastructure), and with country specific expertise (e.g. Local norms/certification on electricity, environmental rules).
- Facility Management & Logistics (FML)
- Definition, review and maintenance of the baseline applicable to sites infrastructure
- Support on management of Facility Management & Logistic contract, definition oif new contracts, periodical review/update of documentation, and on-site data verification;
- Prepare and manage evacuation and emergency drills for the GRC in cooperation with the FML contractor;
- Contribution to the management and the analysis of the key performance indicators, and risks related to the site’s management and the activities reports in the frame of the site’s hosting service progress meetings (including Environmental Management Audit);
- Organization and/or participation to the site related milestones; in particular the site surveys, the site’s acceptance. Support the Client either as reviewing entity (e.g. issuing RIDs on data-packs) or as reviewed entity (e.g. preparing and executing site verification plan and producing data-packs documents).
- Support the reaccreditation process of the GRC site and building from providing all the necessary documentation for the approving board, reporting on relevant applicable regulations in NL, and on the compliance to these regulations.
- Review and draft Health and Safety process(es) applicable for the GRC site in the context of the Client policies/procedures and Dutch legislation.
- Contribution to the preparation and implementation of hosting infrastructure, storage and configuration changes, in particular ICD documentation and physical adaptations, including possible installation of CFIs.
- Plan and support on interactions / meetings with Hosting Entity, large events, and interactions with local suppliers.
What you offer:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in site infrastructure management and maintenance.
- The minimum level of Dutch Language shall be B2 in order to efficiently support activities requested from the Customer interfacing with Local companies. Interactions and source documents will be mostly in Dutch, whereas the interactions with auditors is in English.
- Where applicable, the Candidate may be requested that its consultants working on site obtain the relevant certification according to local country norms for the requested activities (e.g. may need Electrical certification to be allowed to access certain rooms, operate circuit-breakers or connect electrical equipment) within a timeframe (to be defined in the terms of reference of specific contracts) after the start of a specific contracts needing such certifications.
