Front-End Developer Intern

We provide a significant contribution to the most major Space programs of the European Space Agency and the European Union Agency for Space Programme. Our core business is to work on the ground to build bridges into space, contributing to the success of ambitious missions.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front-End Developer Intern to join our dynamic team of Telespazio Belgium, in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of React and CSS, with some experience or coursework in state management, APIs, and CI/CD processes. A basic understanding of security principles is also highly desirable.

What is expected from you:

• Assist in developing and maintaining user interfaces using React and CSS.
• Support the implementation of state management solutions to ensure efficient data handling.
• Help integrate APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
• Participate in CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and continuous deployment.
• Apply security practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs under the guidance of senior developers.

What you offer:

• Basic proficiency in React and CSS.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) through coursework or projects.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.
• Awareness of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
