Currently, we are looking for highly enthusiastic Configuration and Document Management Engineers who will work in the Czech Republic, in Prague.

What is expected from you:

  • Baseline Management
    • The Configuration and Document Management (CADM) task is expected to provide support to the maintenance and execution of the programme requirements change management processes and related activities, including use of specific IT tools. This includes the following activities:
    • Support to the Engineering Board and Configuration Control Board secretary functions by consolidating agenda’s items and related documents
    • Administrate the Access control to the CCB shared repositories when applicable
    • Update and keep under configuration control the Service Technical Requirement Baseline, the security baselines, the Contractual Items Status Lists (CISL) as well as the Coordination Baseline Configuration Status (CBCS) documents
    • Ensure that the documents listed in the baseline documents lists are kept under configuration control (i.e. Document change control, publication in the Documentation Management System, dispatch through the EUSPA Documentalist support)
    • Keep record of the Evaluations and Change Control Boards’ decisions and flow them down to the various programme, project, sites and technical baselines
    • Coordination with EUSPA documentation related activities as necessary
    • Propose continuous improvement on the processes of the daily activities
  • Management of Requirement Configuration Control Process
    • The tasks consists in providing technical expertise to the administration of the DOORS database for configuration control of requirements. This consists in the following activities:
    • Providing expertise to the EUSPA’s DOORs architecture design definition. Particular attention shall be taken to the synchronisation of DOORs modules between contributors to the requirement change control process (e.g. EC, ESA, industry) and to the management of the licences.
    • Maintaining and executing the EUSPA Standard Process for Requirements Management in DOORS to ensure control of the requirements traceability, compliance status and evidences.
    • Creation of the standard templates and scripts for import/exports in DOORS, based on the standard process for requirement management.
    • Manage the DOORS accounts
    • Support to engineering department on operational level regarding the tool functions and continuous improvement of the process.
    • Import/export the programmes specification and compliances (Mission, service, system, security requirements) in DOORS.
    • Evaluating the deployment of DOORS evolutions or new requirements management tools.
    • Interface the EUSPA DMS with Doors
  • Review Management
    • This task consists in providing operational support to the programmes and projects for the Organisation of milestone reviews. The task consists in the following activities:
    • The preparation of milestone review organisation notes with particular attention to the alignment of the objectives and datapackage content with the applicable Processes (AD-2, AD-3, AD-4) and related Document Delivery List.
    • Follow-up EUSPA documents readiness for their submission to the review Datapackages
    • Collection and dispatch of Review Datapackages to board members and experts, track the document status (i.e. Reviewed, Approved) against the contractor’s Document Delivery List.
    • Support the Secretary of the programme reviews (e.g. Service Consolidation Reviews, Service Validation Reviews) and key project reviews (e.g. Monthly/Quarterly Performance Meeting, Infrastructure milestone reviews)
    • Trace milestone reviews actions/RIDs implementation to documents changes, including processes and programmatic documents
    • Track the status of the review outcomes (e.g. Successful, Closed) and qualification statuses, in coordination with EUSPA Product and Quality Assurance team.
    • Ensuring Continuous improvement of the EUSPA processes to account for lessons learnt from the process execution
