We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Back-End Developer Intern who whill work for Telespazio Belgium, in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Python and experience or coursework in database APIs, such as Django REST or FastAPI. Proficiency in SQL, Docker, and authentication systems is a plus. A basic understanding of security principles is also highly desirable.
What is expected from you:
- Assist in developing and maintaining server-side applications using Python.
- Support the design and implementation of database APIs using frameworks like Django REST or FastAPI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to interact with databases.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
- Help implement and manage authentication systems to ensure secure access.
- Apply security practices to protect data and applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve back-end issues and bugs under the guidance of senior developers.
